AT&T:
|
Enter the time in 24-hour notation. In
this scheme, that hours of the day are 0000 (12 midnight) to 2359
(11:59 p.m.). Since each time must have four digits, use leading
zeroes when necessary. For example, to set the time to 9:00 a.m.,
enter '0900'. To set the time to 4:45 p.m., enter '1645'.
The time appears on system display phones
as a.m. or p.m. (not in 24-hour format).
PROGRAMMING
To change the system time:
1. Press Feature 0
0 System Program System Program
# 1 0 3.
2. Enter a new time in 24-hour notation.
For example, to set the time to 2:15 p.m., press 1
4 1 5. The display reads:
System Time
Data 1 4 1 5
This time will appear on a system display
phone as 2:15p.
3. Select another procedure or exit
programming mode.
*Note, "System Program" = Left intercom

Lift receiver, and listen for the dial tone.

Enter the time in four digits, using the twenty-four hour
clock. For example, to enter 1:35PM (13:35), press 1 + 3 + 3 + 5.

To Set the Time on the Console:
1. Press FUNCTION
2. Press ATT FUNCTION
3. Press SET TIME
The time (which can be in either the 12 or
24 hour format, depending on system programming), is entered as
HH:MM, where the HH is hours and the MM is minutes.
This example uses a 12 hour format:
When two digits have been entered for the
hours, the “:” will automatically be displayed.
Options:
Press PM to register the time as after 12:00 PM, in 12 hour
format
Press SET to enter the time as shown
Press EXIT

01-01-1986.) If you make a mistake, backspace by pressing MUTE.

Scroll through the day-of-week selection by pressing #
to go forward or * to go backward. When the desired day is
displayed, press SPKR to terminate programming. You hear a
progress tone.

TELRAD:
| 2464 Key GX:
The attendant usually sets the time,
although another station may be assigned this privilege. The time is
set for all stations in the system even if there is a tenant service
configuration.
To set the time from the key bx station:
1.) Press [spkr];
2.) press [#] (the display shows
T AL) press [time]; enter the date and the time in the
following order: - the month, using two digits (e.g. 09 for
September); - the day of the month (e.g. 02 – the key bx will not
accept 31 for September, November, etc.); - the time using four digits
(e.g. 1430 for 2:30 p.m.);
3.) press [time] again;
4.) press [spkr] again.
If you hear an error tone, check that you
have entered the correct number of digits for each element of the date
and time.
